Getting there by car:
The Lista is reached, preferably by car, not because of
greater ease, for the convenience of having a car just for
tourist trips, which are numerous.
From north or from south take the Salerno Reggio Calabria
and exit at Sibari pointing toward the SS n. 106, Ionica,
and from here, towards Taranto, exit directly to Amendolara.
Five hours from Rome.
With Bus:
An Alternative may be the convenience of SAI bus who comes
from Rome Tiburtina directly to the Marina of Amendolara, at
only two hundred meters from the village Lista (on average 6
hours of travel and two trips a day).
Reservations must be made directly to the bus IBUS.
They will give you a code, with that you can buy your ticket into a SISAL
reception.
The Train:
Which we consider the third option, is inconvenient for the
changes it needs, both by Rome and Taranto changing in
Metaponto, and by the Tyrrhenian and changing at Paola and
then Cosenza.
